Useful things to include
If a compression failed or produced an unexpected result, these details make the problem far easier to reproduce:
- Your browser and version, and your operating system
- The source file's format, approximate size, and duration
- Which setting you used — a target size, or a quality preset
- Any message shown on the page when it failed
Do not attach the video itself. It is not needed, and this site is built specifically so that your files never reach us.
