Terms of use
Last updated: 26 July 2026
By using videosizereducer.org you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What the service is
Video Size Reducer is a free tool that re-encodes a video file inside your own browser to reduce its file size. No account is required and no file is uploaded to an application server.
Your content and your responsibility
You keep all rights to the videos you process. Because your file never reaches us, we claim no licence over it and have no ability to access, recover, or delete it on your behalf.
You are responsible for having the right to use and modify any video you process, and for complying with applicable law when doing so. Do not use the tool for material you are not permitted to handle.
No warranty
The tool is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Compression results depend on your browser, your device, and the characteristics of the source file. Some formats and codecs are not supported at all, and a compression run can fail or produce an output whose quality does not meet your expectations.
Keep your original file. Do not delete a source video until you have checked that the compressed result is acceptable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this site is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the tool, including lost or corrupted files, unusable output, or interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Availability and changes
The service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. These terms may be updated, and the date at the top of this page will change when they are.
